Degree Overview
An MBA Built on Ethics, Not Just Economics
Batten's online MBA is built on a premise most business programs don't start with: that ethical, responsible management and financial performance aren't in conflict. As the first small liberal arts college in the nation to sign the United Nations Global Compact, Batten grounds its MBA in the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) — a framework that addresses human rights, labor, environmental sustainability, and anti-corruption alongside the traditional business disciplines of accounting, finance, marketing, and operations. The result is a degree that prepares you to make sound business decisions and understand their broader consequences. The 10-course program is delivered fully online through participative learning experiences with full-time faculty and industry adjuncts who bring real expertise to every course. You can enroll full or part-time and complete the degree in as little as 16 months. No GMAT required.
